  • Yes, we can take care of your council and resource consents, siteworks, and connection to all services

    • You can choose to include a MBG on new build projects.

    • We offer the ability to pay over the course of the build with progress payments.

    • Your initial deposit which is required to order the materials for your home is insured up to the lesser of 10% of your contract value or $50,000.

    • Banks prefer to fund builds with the Master Build Guarantee and will take care of your progress payments.

  • Yes, we include a progress payment schedule in our build contracts for transparency.

  • Yes, we offer fixed price contracts on all of our Moxie movable homes built in our yard. On site works and transportation will be priced separately.

  • Yes. You can save cost and up to 1 year in time by using one of our moveable homes.

    In some cases, homes need to be approved by the developer, so we can ensure your home is approved before beginning the build.

  • From deposit payment, we can lodge the building consent and order flooring, frames and trusses, which takes about 2 months.

    The build time is then 3 to 4 months depending on the plan selected.

    • Although our plans are designed to maximize efficiency and quality, we can make certain adjustments to fit your needs.

    • Outside you can customize the type of cladding and roof profile and the colour of the cladding, roof, and joinery.

    • Inside you can choose your colour scheme, customise your kitchen, flooring, tapware and electrical.

  • Yes, our designs can be mirrored which is viewable on the Home AR app.

  • We provide for a 12 months defect period.
