Our Moxie Movable homes built in our Alexandra yard allow us efficiencies in material and labour that save our customers cost and time in their build process. We are also able to transport our homes to harder to reach areas.

Our homes are designs are guided by the principal "small homes that feel big" providing you a comfortable living space without excessive cost and build time.

Kahn Winters and his partner Allie Huitt started setting up the business and our Alexandra yard in Spring 2021. Kahn and Allie reside in Queenstown NZ. Kahn is an electrician who has been involved in the construction industry for over 15 years, the last 6 of which running his own electrical business whilst Allie is a qualified accountant making sure projects run as cost efficiently as possible for everyone’s benefit.  

Greg Chapman and his team of builders run the builds on site in our Alexandra Yard and our General Manager Stephen Bradley runs our Queenstown office and its team of employees and support contractors.
